CK Yeo  has practiced Yoga since 2008 and completed his formal Yoga teacher training course in 2013. He continues to undertake Yoga studies and on-going post-graduate training, as well as learning and sharing with students at every class.

His Yin and Yang Yoga based classes are designed to encourage beginners and more experienced Yogis and Yoginis to extend their own physical and Yoga practice boundaries whatever their current fitness or experience level might be.

CK aims to help students enhance in particular their flexibility, fitness and strength with Yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques respecting Yoga’s rich traditions, practices and history.
